Why don’t Outline in Catalyst always use the term LGBT to describe who they support?

You may be more familiar with the term’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) today but not everyone identifies or is comfortable with these labels, Outline in Catalyst want you to feel comfortable talking about sexuality and gender identity in any way that is most comfortable to you.
